Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our returns policy.
DAMAGED GOODS
Verbena & Rosemary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We take extreme care in wrapping and packaging everything so that your items will arrive to you in one piece. If you do receive your order damaged, please let us know immediately and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Verbena & Rosemary does not take returns or exchanges on sale items or for changing your mind. Vintage, antiques, crystals and preloved items are one-off pieces and are subject to no returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully, read the descriptions and check the photographs. You are always welcome to ask more questions and videos can be shown through Instagram if you would like to see more of an item.
If you have received a new item which has not arrived as described, received the wrong item or are missing an item please make contact via email within 14 days to reconcile. All returned items must be in as new condition, unopened and undamaged. You will need to cover the costs for items to be returned. Please select your purchases with care.
