Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Verbena & Rosemary.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

The Verbena & Rosemary website is currently only set up to ship within New Zealand. 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMES

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be selected, wrapped and packed. All orders within New Zealand are posted out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Orders are then delivered within 3-5 business days. (This excludes weekends and holidays.) This is a small business so if there is a high volume of orders, especially during and after a sale, shipments may be delayed by an extra 2-3 days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The flat rate shipping fee is $10.00 across New Zealand and $15 for rural post.

All orders are tracked with NZ Post and their estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

The tracking number should be active within 24 hours. All orders across New Zealand are tracked through NZ Post.
