Magical Uses: Herb of tranquility. Used in a bath to promote relaxation and purification. Used in aromatherapy to bring clarity and calm to the mind. Can be burned in herb bundles and incense for a cleansing and soothing energy. Lavender uplifts and comforts, so use or burn it during shadow work sessions if you’re feeling down.
Lavender is used in love spells and sachets. Clothing scented with Lavender is said to attract love. A piece of paper on which you’ve rubbed lavender is excellent for using for written love notes. Lavender worn is also said to protect against cruel treatment at the hands of a loved one.
